RETURNS

We always want your shopping experience at Asher Reed Boutique to be a pleasurable one! We hope you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work, we'd love to help you!  PLEASE NOTE: an email is not necessary for starting a return! Please keep reading for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY- We know how important your order is to you so we aim to fulfill as quickly as possible. We are not able to cancel orders at this time as we start the process as soon as your order is placed. While we cannot cancel your order, you are welcome to return the items to us in accordance with our return policy below. If we are able to catch your order before we start processing, we will be happy to issue you a refund minus a 10% restocking fee for credit card fees.

PREORDERS- we will always have the expected ship date in the description of all preorders. We order based off your purchase so preorders are not able to be canceled once you have placed your order. Orders are shipped in full. If you place an order that contains a preordered item your entire order will not ship until the preorder is in stock. You’re welcome to email us if you’d like your order to ship partially for a fee.

Returns are issued via store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. We do not offer refunds at this time. Please do not email us asking if your return was received. You will receive an email with your store credit as soon as it is processed, which is 7 business days from the day we receive it. We are not able to respond to emails asking if your return was received- please check your tracking. You do not need to email us to start a return, only if you’d like a return shipping label (at your expense- please read below for more information).

We will always do our best to include measurements on all items. We highly recommend you take note of measurements and/or size charts to make sure the item will fit.

How do I start the return process?

Make sure your items qualify for a return! Keep reading below for what is excluded from returns. 

If you would like for us to send you a return label, please email desallums@asherreed.com with the items you are wanting to return. We are happy to issue you a return shipping label for a fee (see below for cost). You do not need to email if you do not want a label. We will issue you a return shipping label if your return request is approved. It must be printed within 24 hours or it will expire and we cannot send another label.

You do not have to use our label for returns!

You are welcome to use any shipping carrier of your choice. When choosing your own shipping carrier, we highly recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for lost returns. 

 Do I have to pay for return shipping?

At this time we do charge for return shipping, which is a flat $12 fee if you use our label. You may also choose any carrier of your choice to make a return, you do not need to use our label and will not be charged if you use your own label. 

What is excluded from returns?

Any items discounted 20% and over are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanges. This includes sale items.

Jewelry, hats, tumblers, drink pouches, mugs, wine slushies or other food/drink items, intimates (including bodysuits) leggings, seasonal items and Gift Cards do not qualify for returns. Items damaged due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions prior to washing or dry cleaning any items.

The returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the tags attached. If items look washed, worn, have odors or visible makeup/stains, we will not be able to accept the return for sanitary purposes. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box.

Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item. Your email must be included or we will not be able to contact you and the return will not be accepted.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you believe an item is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. We are not able to make exceptions.

We inspect every item that is shipped out. Should you receive an item damaged, you will receive a replacement if the item is still in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be refunded. Please follow the above instructions on how to return the item.

Once your package is received, please allow 7 business days (Monday- Friday and excluding holidays) for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received with instructions on how to claim your store credit.

When ordering, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address that was provided upon ordering. We will not refund for packages sent to the wrong address unless it is our fault.

We will only accept 5 returns in one calendar year. If more than 5 items are returned in one year, there will be a 20% restocking fee on top of the deducted shipping fee.  

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card. If we are unable to process payment for the shipping fee your item will be donated to a local women’s shelter after 14 days.

If orders aren't picked up in store within 1 year from date of purchase, they will be donated to local charities.
